Vavrina Inc. has been a Valley®
Performance Plus dealer every year since Valley® conceived the
program in 1998. This program measures our performance in Service,
Parts and Sales from the eyes of our customers. Strict and difficult
criteria must be met to gain the medallion for each of those three
departments. When the Performance designation is met for all three
departments the PLUS is added. In other words, the Performance Plus
designation means that the dealership has earned the designation in all
Our Service Technicians, Parts Personnel and Sales
representatives all go through extensive and rigorous annual factory
training and in addition, must complete an annual curriculum of online
training and must score an 80% or better on the final exam of each course.
We must also pass the customer survey response test with approval ratings
that must exceed 90%. Many dealers can succeed in one or two of the
areas but few can meet the criteria in all three. That is why we are
so proud to have earned this designation for so many consecutive years.

Since the mid-1950s, more than 50 irrigation
